Dr. Hubert moved to Colorado in 1987. She was raised in Illinois and has a bit of a mid-west accent. Dr. Hubert joined the West Ridge team as a technician in 1999 until graduating from Veterinary School at Colorado State University. She has a special interest in orthopedics and has completed intensive postgraduate courses in fracture management and joint disease. Additionally, Dr. Hubert is a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT), utilizing techniques such as the use of the underwater treadmill and laser therapy.  While she loves to work with dogs and cats, she does have a special spot in her heart for kitties and geriatric medicine. Dr. Hubert is also a past Weld County district representative for the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association.

Dr. Hubert enjoys working the urgent care and emergency shifts as a way to provide that necessary service for her Client family. She often says that while she started in veterinary medicine due to her love for animals, she has stayed in the field because of her love for her Clients and the relationships they have created together.

When not working, Dr. Hubert enjoys tending to her flowers and garden at home. She also spends her free time exercising, taxiing her children around and spending time with their cats: Rikki and Speed Fast, their two birds, and Dr. Combs. Her family loves spending time in the mountains and bike riding. Dr. Hubert says that she loves living in Greeley and the fact that it’s a close-knit community with such a diverse culture.
